Industrial Design projects done from 2018 to 2022 (NDA)

For the Effimax project, my industrial design approach began with in-depth user research to understand the unique challenges faced by boiler operators and engineers. Following this, I engaged in iterative prototyping to create a user-friendly interface and manufacturing friendly design for monitoring and managing boiler efficiency. I collaborated closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility, while also considering customer feedback to refine the design. The result was a Boiler Efficiency  contributed to enhanced efficiency and operational optimization in industrial settings in India as well as across the Globe.

In the development of HeatMax, a Smart Positioner for Steam Valves, I initiated the product design process by conducting a thorough analysis of the functional and operational requirements of steam valve positioning in industrial environments. I iteratively prototyped and refined an IP 67 rated design to ensure ease of use and integration with existing systems. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, I harmonized design with technical specifications and incorporated user feedback to fine-tune the product. The end result was a Smart Positioner that streamlined valve control remotely, enhancing operational efficiency and safety in industrial settings.

In the design of the Digital Pressure Gauge for industrial applications, I began by thoroughly comprehending the specific needs and constraints of industrial pressure measurement. Through iterative prototyping, I crafted an intuitive user interface that presented real-time pressure data effectively. My design approach prioritized seamless integration with existing industrial systems, and I collaborated closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and accuracy. The final product, a Digital Pressure Gauge, served as a reliable tool for industrial users, offering precise pressure measurements and contributing to enhanced safety and operational efficiency in industrial settings.

In the development of the Q-Moist Moisture Analyser, my product design journey initiated with a deep dive into the intricacies of moisture analysis in industrial settings. I employed iterative prototyping to create an interface that allowed for accurate and efficient moisture measurement. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, I ensured seamless integration with industrial systems and upheld the technical precision required for reliable results. The Q-Moist Moisture Analyser provided industrial users with a dependable tool for moisture analysis, contributing to improved quality control and process optimization.

For the Swiss NeWater project, involving the design of an Organic Cleaning Solution Dispenser for commercial spaces, I began by thoroughly understanding the unique requirements and characteristics of organic cleaning agents. Employing a user-centric approach, I iteratively prototyped and refined the  design to ensure ease of use and effectiveness in diverse cleaning applications.  The final result was the Swiss NeWater Organic Cleaning Solution, a product that met the needs of users while offering an eco-friendly and efficient cleaning solution for various applications.
